They are enjoyable and fun people to work with

Bonnie and Dave Sorenson have sold two Santa Fe properties for my wife and I over the last six years. The two sales were very different, with the first being fairly routine, and the second being a more complicated property to value and close. In both cases however Bonnie and Dave provided sold market information and analysis and were open to our input on all matters. Because of their knowledge of the marketplace, their contacts in the community, their personalities and their commitment to getting the deal done, our first home went from listing to closing in just under two months and the second home in less than four months, in a slow market. And if that’s not impressive enough, they are also enjoyable and fun people to work with. I highly recommend them.
