Text Box: A brief overview of the real estate activity for the Q1 of ’10 compared to ‘09. The residential & lot inventory recorded healthy signs of absorption. The overall residential sales activity recorded a significant increase of about 29%, this excludes the Las Campanas area which showed a decline, probably due to the adjustment of their management issues. It does appears that property values are stabilizing and residential lot activity showed a slight increase in sales activity thus exhibiting positive signs that our market may well regain it’s solid footing in 2010.
