The overall residential sales activity recorded a significant increase of about 33% compared to ‘09. Santa Fe’s real estate market has shown steady increases each month this year and it appears that properties are retaining value thus exhibiting continued signs that our market may well be stabilizing and regaining a solid foundation in 2010.
